Its coverage includes twenty two whole and partial coverage states, including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont and Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
